All content, trademarks, logos, templates, and software provided by VisualCraft are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Services

VisualCraft may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any interactions or data shared with these services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of VisualCraft may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees
• Allow us or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly)
• Cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the billing cycle once it has begun

Prices and features are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

You may stop using VisualCraft at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in conduct that harms other users or our platform
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your access to VisualCraft will be revoked, and your content may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers

VisualCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The accuracy of any AI-generated content or templates
• That your use will result in increased engagement or business results

9. Limitation of Liability
